Took me a while to find out what it meant too, after seeing it appear in various threads elsewhere. Usually after a complaint or denunciation. Am told it means 'Urge to break something rises' or 'Urge to bust somebody rises'. Sort of the opposite from LOL. At any rate, a useful abbreviation these days, life being what it is.
