"Teenie-Tiny Mobiles"

The future ain't what it used to be. Giant petrol-guzzlers as wide, and long as aircraft carriers are off the menu.Cars, if there are any later in the century will be like these kiddy cars.

No, less is not more or better. Less is less. Less is smaller. Less sucks. However if you can over look all that these things are cute. You, and a small companion can drive 100 or so miles on one charge.

That's electrical charge.

Ironically all these examples with the exception of the second car from the top are from the 1950's, and 60's. They were decades ahead of their time.

The new teenie cars look like stuff Batman would put under the tree for his young,..ahem, friend Robin. Though thanks to the falling economy I've lost weight. I might still have trouble getting into one of these. Certainly there'd be no room for anyone else,...not even Robin.

I still want one though.

Well okay two, one for each leg.

Juno 2012 is dead! What's the back-up site?

It's too late to save our motoring habits with coal-powered "electric" minis. We've already blown our fossil fuel wad, so Robin will have to bike to the Bat Cave.

This is off-topic, but while it was in Manhattan did you ever visit Alex Grey's Chapel of Sacred Mirrors? A few years ago it moved to a big estate donated by an admirer up at Wappingers Falls, NY. I'm curious to learn what the scene there is really like. Grey calls the people who follow his art and attend the events there the "Love Tribe." What I want to find out is whether this is really the Love Tribe, composed of true-blue psychedelic hippies who never gave up the faith, or just another variation on the Hate Tribe that so many erstwhile pagans and Straight Gays have joined in recent decades. So if you ever get a chance to drive your pair o' minimobiles up there, or know anyone who's been, I'd be really curious to find out what the vibe was.

I'd post this on Juno, but it's not there.

Greetings comrades. Besides getting a couple of them really neat "teenie-tiny" cars I'm fine, and working on the life-boat Queer blog.

I've had several of them quietly floating in hyperspace just in case.

Ahem, some of you seemed to have found it already.

Anyway since they seem to delete for intellectual content these daze I don't know how long it will last.

On the upside I've backed up Juno 2012. Well 95% of it. I got lazy so we lost everything from November on.

Point is the art, rants, and swell articles are safe, and Ill use them now'n then. I'll probably put most of it, as well as the stuff from my other deleted Queer blogs on a special section of my coming website.

I'll call that section,.."Dangerous Visions." Apologies to Harlen Ellison.

Hi Zaek. No sorry don't know much about the Tribe. Yeah I heard they moved, but as to if they're gone straight-gay,..dunno.

I'll try to find out for you.

Peace.
