At last serious construction at Ground Zero. That, and the 9/11 Memorial Lights. I was standing by Trinity Church, and the Stock Exchange, and took these snaps. I just noticed these are slightly blurred,..it's really windy downtown so it was hard to be steady, but you get the picture so to speak.
I'm impressed by the construction going on at Ground Zero. If they don't stop again we may get somewhere in a year or so.
