"250+ Perish in Southern Storms"

Though the news puppets aren't connecting the dots this tragic event is another sign of ongoing planetary climate change. As we know the main effect of which is more extremes of weather. Hotter summers, colder winters, and bigger, and more violent storms around the world.

I really wish it really was just a conspiracy by assorted corporations or space aliens, but it ain't. It's real.

***(A sad update. There are now over 300+ dead from these storms.)

Yep, climate change is for real. 'Course no one will admit that until NYC is ankle deep in the Atlantic, at which point it will be too late.

Yet we are privileged to witness in our lifetimes an actual planetary climate change.

This sort of thing normally takes slow ages. However we've witnessed it in our life times some of us.

In a relative few decades the Earth's climatic systems have experienced changes that would have otherwise taken 1000's of years.

Terrifying yes, but a wonder to behold.
